The method to collect personal information is as follows

4. Consignment and Provision of Personal Information

5. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or when there is a request for withdrawal from the user, and the procedure and method are as follows.
In the case of an electronic file, it is safely deleted so that it cannot be recovered or reproduced,
and in the case of other records, printed materials, and written documents, it is destroyed by
crushing or incineration.
In addition, Kakao VX separately stores or deletes the personal information of members who
have not used the service for one year in accordance with the ‘personal information validity
period system’. For the corresponding persons, users are notified by e-mail or other methods
at least 30 days prior to the date of separate storage processing.
Separately stored personal information is stored for 4 years and then destroyed without delay.
However, if it is necessary to preserve in accordance with the provisions of related laws,
personal information of users is kept for the period stipulated by the relevant laws and
regulations.

In case the Personal Information Processing Policy is changed
We may revise the Personal Information Processing Policy for the purpose of reflecting
changes in laws or services. If the Personal Information Processing Policy is changed, Kakao
VX will post the change, and the changed Personal Information Processing Policy will take
effect 7 days after posting.
However, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance when there is a significant change in
user rights, such as a change in the items of personal information to be collected or the purpose of use.
